State leadership from Head Start, Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) Infant-Toddler Services (tiny-k networks), Kansas State Department of Education, State Interagency Coordinating Council (SICC) and Kansas Inservice Training System gather each year to plan training focused on collaboration between Early Head Start/Head Start and early intervention/early childhood special education.
